Vrijheid voor ontwikkeling
Binnen de kinderopvang geloven we dat ieder kind zich op zijn eigen tempo ontwikkelt. Vanuit een duidelijke pedagogische visie wordt een veilige omgeving gecreëerd waarin kinderen zich vrij voelen om te ontdekken, te spelen en te groeien. Pedagogisch medewerkers kijken niet alleen naar wat een kind al kan, maar vooral naar wat een kind nodig heeft.
In het kinderdagverblijf wordt bewust gewerkt aan taalontwikkeling, sociaal-emotionele vaardigheden en zelfstandigheid. Dit gebeurt niet met losse activiteiten, maar juist in kleine dagelijkse momenten. Voorlezen, samen spelen, buiten ontdekken en leren omgaan met elkaar vormen de basis van de pedagogische aanpak.
Ontwikkeling wordt gezien als een proces dat ontstaat vanuit vertrouwen en aandacht. Daarom wordt structuur gecombineerd met ruimte, zodat ieder kind zichzelf kan zijn en zich optimaal kan ontwikkelen.

Ouders kunnen bij Pascalle terecht voor vragen over plaatsing, inschrijving of wanneer zij iets willen bespreken rondom hun kind. Zij maakt graag tijd voor persoonlijk contact en vindt een open, warme samenwerking met ouders vanzelfsprekend.
